It's been a very busy weekend starting Thursday evening. I spent the night at the hospital with a friend who'd had major surgery. She was quite entertaining since she was pretty doped up on pain killers and nausea meds. She was telling me all sorts of crazy stuff that made absolutely no sence at all, but it was funny. She is at home now and doing much better. I may have to have that same surgery, so I want to see how she recovers for more than one reason. Our backs are about the same.
Anyway, Friday night, my Mom, our friend, Brett, and Tom and I went to see Cirque Dreams. It was FANTASTIC! I just loved every minute of it. Here are some pictures that I have found around the 'net to show you.
I want to go see another one of the Cirque shows. The colors are so beautiful and the black light effects. You can see from the pictures that the characters are also very colorful. There are a lot of acrobats, dancing, ballet moves, etc. etc. It was wonderful! Tom really liked it too. He kept talking about it after we left, so I know he enjoyed the whole show. The strength and agility of all the characters was phenomenal!
I am so glad we went. So if you have to opportunity to go see one or any of the Cirque de Soliel shows, GO SEE IT. YOU WILL BE AMAZED and TOTALLY ENTERTAINED!!!!!!
